Refund Policy

Google Ads Agency Account Rental

In case of account suspension, SpeedX Agency will conduct a one-time comprehensive review before issuing a refund. If no resolution is found, customers will receive their refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds are NOT eligible under the following circumstances:

  • Clients run multiple domains on one account without notifying the agency which leads to account suspension.
  • Clients submit a domain but operate another without notification. This will result in collaboration termination with no refunds issued.
  • Clients intentionally run unauthorized products and services without agency permission.

Facebook Ads Agency Account Rental

  • In case the account gets suspended, SpeedX will first make 3 protest attempts to restore the account. If the account does not recover, SpeedX will support customers in registering a free backup account (backup no more than 3 accounts for an initial fee of $100).

To be specific, with $100 opening fee, customers can open 3 accounts. If the account dies, SpeedX will open up to 3 backup accounts.

If all 6 accounts die, from the 7th account, the customer needs to pay a new opening fee of $100 and transfer the entire amount from the account without any cost.

Refund processing takes approximately 5-7 days from the final account status.

  • If a page associated with a live account experiences suspension, customers can protest the page. If unsuccessful, SpeedX will assist in creating a new account for the customer at no additional cost.
  • The refund does NOT include taxes, ad account rental fees (service fees), and other incurred costs during the agency’s service delivery period.

Tiktok Ads Agency Account Rental

  • In case of account suspension, the agency will make 3 protest attempts to resist the account. If unsuccessful, clients are entitled to withdraw their remaining account balance immediately.
  • Clients must agree to the agency’s terms and conditions before commencing any campaigns.
  • Provide accurate information about their product or service during campaign submissions, including any restrictions or prohibitions.
  • Inform the agency of any changes to the product, service, ad copy, or creatives before campaign launches.
  • Regularly monitor campaigns and promptly report discrepancies or audience complaints to the agency.
  • Adhere to all terms and conditions set by the advertising platform regarding their campaigns.
  • Ensure full payment of all associated fees before campaign initiation.
  • The refund does NOT include taxes, ad account rental fees (service fees), and other incurred costs during the agency’s service delivery period.
